1. Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
- To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email or phone.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or damaged.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or specially manufactured fasteners cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Products that have been misused, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a return or refund.
