Hameed Engineering states that it is committed to customer satisfaction and asks customers to review the following conditions carefully.
Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
- To request a return, contact Hameed Engineering within 7 days of receiving your order by email or phone.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Refunds
- After the returned product is received and inspected, Hameed Engineering will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, the refund is processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or specially manufactured fasteners cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Products that have been misused, altered or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
